Joint Instruction No. 12-04/5 of the Ministry of Agriculture and No. 01-23/8667 of the State Customs Committee regarding import and export of seeds and livestock for stockbreeding purposes.

In accordance with the present Instruction import and export of seeds and pedigree cattle is authorized exclusively on the basis of the list of documents supplied in the Annexes 2 3 that certify that import and export of the above-mentioned commodities are not prohibited. Import and export of seeds and pedigree cattle are carried out in accordance with the veterinary and quarantine requirements and the legislation on certification of produce currently in force. The document consists of 3 Sections and contains 5 Annexes. Section 1 lays down the general provisions. Section 2 establishes the modalities of forwarding the required customs documentation for the purpose of customs clearing of import of seeds and pedigree cattle. Section 3 establishes the modalities of forwarding the required customs documentation for the purpose of customs clearing of export of seeds and pedigree cattle.
