Law No. 3119-1 on amendments and addenda to the Law on peasant farm, to the Law on land reform and to the Law on priority provision of the agro-industrial complex with the material and technical resources.

In the Article 2, Article 19 and Article 33 of the Law on peasant farm the wording “court” is substituted with the wording “court of arbitration”. In the Article 9 of the Law on land reform the wording in legal form is substituted with the wording in the court of arbitration. In the Article 8 of the Law on priority provision of the agro-industrial complex with the material and technical resources the wording “State arbitration” is substituted with the wording “courts of arbitration of the Russian Federation”.
