Ministerial Decree validates maximum limits for hunting permit fees for wildlife species subject to hunting exclusively with hunting permit. It regulates hunting fees on the basis of such unit of measure as minimum monthly salary. Hunting fees for young wildlife species, up to one year of life, is established in relation to the hunting fees for adult species at the rate of 30-50%. Hunting of the listed wildlife species without individual hunting permit is considered illegal and is liable to prosecution.
