Abstract
This Ministerial Decree validates maximum limits for hunting permit fees for wildlife species liable to be hunted exclusively with hunting permit. It regulates hunting fees on the basis of such unit of measure as minimum monthly salary. Hunting fees for young wildlife species, up to one year of life, is established in relation to the hunting fees for adult species at the rate of 30-50 percent. This Ministerial Decree grants reductions up to 50 percent off the hunting fees for hunting and fishing associations. The hunting fees are to be considered vat added. Hunting of the listed wildlife species without individual hunting permit is considered illegal and shall be liable to prosecution.
