Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. This Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out state control over the use and the protection of land. This Regulation is obligatory for execution by all physical persons, officials and juridical persons. The competent legislative and executive bodies and authorized state institutions carry out state control over the use and the protection of land in accordance with the legislation currently in force. The task of state control is to provide for the strict observance by all physical persons, officials and juridical persons of the requirements of the legislation on land for the purpose of efficient use and protection of land. The authorized state institutions that carry out state control over the use and the protection of land are 1). State Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey and its territorial (local) branches. 2). Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources and its territorial (local) branches. 3). State Committee of Sanitary and Epidemiological Survey, institutions and departments of State Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspection. 4). State Committee on Architecture and Construction and its territorial (local) branches. The document consists of IV Sections that contain 19 Articles. Section I lays down the general provisions. Section II determines the functions of authorized institutions for carrying out state control over the use and the protection of land. Section III establishes the rights and the duties of officials that carry out state control over the use and the protection of land. Section IV establishes the modalities of imposition of a fine for the infringement of land legislation.
