Ministerial Decree No. 157 validating the Regulation on the state agricultural information system.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of setting up, operating and functioning of the state agricultural information system, which aggregates the information databases administered by federal and regional executive bodies, other governmental bodies and local self-government on the state of agriculture and development trends thereof. The objective of setting up the state agricultural information system is to form state agricultural information resources and ensure its access to all persons concerned. The Ministry of Agriculture shall be the authorized state institution responsible for keeping and updating the state agricultural information system, which shall contain data on the following issues: (a) decisions by the Ministry of Agriculture; (b) legislative acts governing agriculture; (c) plant cultivation and animal husbandry; (d) land reclamation and agricultural land monitoring; (e) hunting reserves; and (f) available annual reserves of agricultural commodities and food.
