Order No. 780 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Procedure for sending the Agroprogress project, the grantee’s project in electronic form.

Grantee project, Agroprogress project, Agroprogress grant, grant for the development of material and technical bases, grant for the development of a family farm shall be eligible to allocation and distribution of subsidies from the federal budget and budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to stimulate development priority subsectors of the agro-industrial complex and development of small businesses. In particular, subsidies shall be allocated for the development of family farming prior submittal of application in electronic form through state information system in the field of agriculture. Ministry of Agriculture within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the written request from the authorized body, provides for each grantee an account (personal account), in which includes basic information about the grantee, access to which have only officials, and informs authorized body on the formation of an account (personal account) for grant recipients by letter from the Ministry of Agriculture.
