Ministerial Decree No. 171 amending Ministerial Decree No. 18 validating the Regulation on hunting.

Item 2 is amended to add the following phrase: “Artisanal and sport hunting shall be carried out in accordance with this Regulation on hunting in hunting grounds in conformity with hunting authorization (permit) issued by: hunting associations, other legal and natural persons for hunting in hunting grounds managed by the aforesaid hunting associations, other legal and natural persons; regional executive bodies of the Russian Federation with competence in the sphere of protection, control and regulation of wild fauna species and natural habitats thereof for hunting in other hunting grounds. The form of hunting authorization shall be validated by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation”.
