Ministerial Decree No. 18 validating the Regulation on hunting.

This Regulation establishes the modalities of hunting for species classified as game. It shall not be applicable to hunting on the territory of protected areas, and also to hunting for the purpose of regulation of the number of species, hunting for research, cultural, educational, recreational and aesthetic purposes. Hunting can be carried out with or without hunting licence. Nominal hunting licences shall be issued by the authorized regional institution in the sphere of wildlife management. Hunting without hunting licence shall be carried out in conformity with hunting permit within established quotas and limits and during authorized hunting seasons. Hunting shall be classified as individual and group (two and more persons). In the latter case the person responsible for group hunting of hoofed animals and bears shall keep licence. Hunting can also be carried out with hunting dogs and hunting birds. Annex 1 contains the list of hunting seasons and species subject to hunting distributed by regions.
