Ministerial Decree No. 176 amending some Ministerial Decrees in the sphere of forest management.

Item 3 of the Ministerial Decree No. 303 on the delineation of authority between Federal executive bodies in the area of biological and chemical protection of the national territory shall be amended to add the following wording: “shall elaborate and validate regulation on forest pathology monitoring and sanitary safety in the forests”. Item 4 of the Ministerial Decree No. 394 validating the Regulation on the state forest control and supervision shall be amended to add the following wording: “Federal Nature Management Supervision Service shall carry out forest supervision in protected areas of federal significance”.
