Ministerial Decree No. 284 amending Ministerial Decree No. 394 validating the Regulation on the state forest control and supervision.

Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Officials carrying out the state forest control and supervision shall be authorized to: (a) prevent violation of forest legislation; (b) carry out forest patrol; (c) verify documents authorizing forest uses, forest management, forest protection, afforestation and reforestation; (d) repress violations of forest legislation; (e) restrict stay in forests; (f) verify observance of forest legislation; and (g) draw up reports related to infringement of forest legislation.”
