Ministerial Decree No. 33 amending Ministerial Decree No. 704 regarding quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity.

Item 5 acquires a new wording: “Determination of quotas shall be carried out in accordance with the orders of the Federal Fisheries Committee that had set quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity in EEZ of foreign states and in the fishing areas covered by the international agreements concluded by the Russian Federation for the period of the previous 3 years and in the presence of the fishing licences for the aforementioned resources.”
