Abstract
Item 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “3. Federal state forest supervision (forest protection) shall be carried out by the Federal Forest Agency, Federal Nature Management Supervision Service and regional executive bodies within the sphere of competence transferred thereto by the Russian Federation in relation to realization of federal state forest supervision (forest protection) in accordance with competence thereof in conformity with the legislation of the Russian Federation”.
