Abstract
This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and validation of the total allowable catch in the inland waterbodies, internal sea, territorial sea, on the continental shelf and in the EEZ of the Russian Federation, and also in the Sea of Azov and in the Caspian sea. It shall not be applicable to the Pacific salmon species. Total allowable catch shall be calculated in tonnes, including algae (calculated as wet weight) and in pieces (for marine mammals and crustaceans). The total allowable catch shall be determined annually by the Federal Fisheries Agency and it shall be validated by the Ministry of Agriculture.
