Abstract
Item 5.3.1.19 of the Ministerial Decree No. 401 validating the Regulation on Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service shall be amended to add the following wording: “to carry out compulsory energetic inspection within the established time limits”. Item 1 of the Ministerial Decree No. 400 validating the Regulation on the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service shall be amended to add the following wording: “Ministry of Energy shall be federal executive body carrying out the functions for elaboration of state policy on legal regulation in the sphere of energy saving and improvement of energy efficiency on issues related to energetic inspection, provision with information and registration of energy resources used”.
