Abstract
Ministerial Decree No. 400 validating the Regulation on the Federal Nature Management Supervision Service shall be amended to add the following wording: “5.3.15. discharge and disposal of pollutants to environment (except for radioactive substances), and hazardous atmospheric impact; 5.3.16. transboundary movement of waste, ozone depleting substances and produce containing them; 5.3.17. import to the Russian Federation or transit through its territory of poisonous substances; and 5.3.18. creation of waste disposal sites;”. Ministerial Decree No. 401 validating the Regulation on Federal Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision Service shall be amended to add the following wording: “5.3.3.5. discharge and disposal of radioactive substances to environment; 5.3.4. setting maximum allowable limits of discharge of radioactive substances to the atmospheric air and to waterbodies;”.
