Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. Federal Service on Hydro-Meteorology and Environmental Monitoring is authorized to issue licences for hydro-meteorological expertise of the projects regarding construction and development of land, projects exercising an active impact on hydro-meteorological and geo-physical processes and phenomena, hydro-meteorological, oceanographical and helio-geophhysical projects and projects and projects in the field of the monitoring of the environmental pollution.
