Ministerial Decree No. 806 amending Ministerial Decree No. 273 regarding the calculation of damage caused to forests by the infringement of forest legislation.

Item 1.4 shall be amended to add the following phrase: “methodology of calculation of damages caused to forests, including forest species or trees not classified as forest species, shrubbery and lianas by the infringement of forest legislation in accordance with Annex 3.” The following paragraph shall also be inserted: “tariffs for the calculation of damages caused to forests by the infringement of forest legislation, except for damage caused to forest species or trees not classified as forest species, shrubbery and lianas in accordance with Annex 4.”
