Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document determines the modalities of export and import of radioactive isotopes of all types, compounds and goods ( radioisotope products) and other radioactive substances included in the sub-group 2844 40 of the commodities nomenclature of international trade, as well as radioisotope goods that make part of instruments and equipment in accordance with sub-groups 9022 120000, 9022 13 000 0, 9022 14 000 0, 9022 19000 0, 9022 21000 0 and 9022 29000 0 of the commodities nomenclature of international trade. This Regulation is compulsory for all economic entities under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation irrespectively of the form of property, subordination and the place of registration. Export and import of radioisotope products and other radioactive substances regulated by the present document must be carried out in accordance with licences issued by the Ministry of External Economic Ties on the grounds of application of the establishes pattern.
