Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the Regulation. State inspection on trade, quality standards and the protection of consumers’ rights attached to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (GOSTORGINSPEKTSIJA) is a state institution entitled with the following tasks: state control over the observance of the rules and regulations of trade and public feeding, the modalities of application of prices as regards certain groups of commodities, quality control and safety of the consumer commodities; legal and administrative proceeding for the eradication of the abuse in the sphere of vending, public feeding and the prevention of delivery to the consumer market of injurious commodities. State inspection on trade, quality standards and the protection of consumers’ rights attached to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (GOSTORGINSPEKTSIJA) is a juridical person. It consists of the Department of state inspection on trade, quality standards and the protection of consumers’ rights of the central apparatus of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade and its territorial branches - boards of state inspection at the regional level.
