Abstract
The Government decrees to validate the list of amendments. 1. Paragraph 7 of the Ministerial Decree No.501 of 27.05.1993 acquires a new wording : « To carry out quality control of produce (service), the observance of the regulations on internal trade and the inspection of the possession by vendor of the documentation confirming compatibility of the produce (service) with compliance requirements ». 2. Paragraph 4 of the issue 2 of the Ministerial Decree No.1263 of 29.09.1997 must be supplemented with the following wording: « or confirming the compliance by means of compliance declaration issued by producer (vendor). »
