Ministerial Decree No.615 of 2000 regarding amendments and addenda to the Ministerial Decrees regarding urban construction and land tenure.

The Government decrees to validate the list of amendments and addenda inserted into Ministerial Decrees regarding urban construction and land tenure. Federal Executive Bodies must conform their normative legal acts to the present Ministerial Decree. Paragraph 6 of the Regulation on the modalities of determination of the boundaries of land tenure in urban construction acquires a new wording: “In the process of fixing boundaries of the territories must be used the methods of fixing boundaries (land survey) of the towns under construction and other settlements, validated by joint ordinances of the Federal Land Cadastre Service, State Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Complex and the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation”. Paragraph 9 the Regulation on the modalities of determination of the boundaries of land tenure in urban construction acquires a new wording: “The draft of fixing boundaries of the territories must contain the following attachments – acts of concordance of the boundaries of land tenure, catalogue of the whereabouts of the boundaries of land tenure, the list of servitudes, explanatory note”.
