Order No. 123 of the Federal Fisheries Committee validating the form of the provisional fishing authorization.

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee orders to validate the form of the provisional fishing authorization and to establish that it shall be issued by the same institution that had issued the lost licence; it shall be filled in the official form bearing the seal of the institution. The provisional fishing authorization shall be issued exclusively to the licensee that had lost the licence, exclusively to the legal person (individual entrepreneur) and for the type of activity specified in the lost licence. No documentation shall be requested for obtaining the provisional fishing authorization. The duration of the provisional fishing authorization cannot exceed 60 days. Each single copy of the provisional fishing authorization shall be registered in the register of the issued licences.
