Order No. 147 of 1997 of the State Committee for environmental protection regarding the validation of the Regulation on the modalities of issuing hunting authorisation for endangered wildlife species.

State Committee for environmental protection decrees to validate the Regulation. It also validates the form of hunting authorization for wildlife species. The Department for the protection of biodiversity is entitled to issue hunting authorization for endangered species. The territorial (local) branches of the government bodies for environmental protection are entitled to register hunting authorizations issued by the State Committee on Ecology and exercise control over the observance of the imposed conditions.
