Abstract
President of the State Committee for Environmental Protection orders to supplement issue 3 of the Order No.42 of 1997 of the State Committee for Environmental Protection regarding arrangements for the fulfilment of the Ministerial Decree No.13 of 1997 enforcing the regulations on hunting of endangered wildlife species under protection of the Russian Federation with the following wording: “In special cases if the necessity of hunting is urgent in relation to the danger to human life and other extreme situations as well as for the purpose of saving the life of animal hunting permit fees must not be collected ».
