Order No. 424 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for immediate notification, also in electronic form, of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision on the detection of signs of infection and (or) contamination of regulated products, regulated objects by quarantine objects.

This Order sets out the procedure on the procedure for immediate notification, also in electronic form, of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision on the detection of signs of infection and (or) contamination of regulated products, regulated objects by quarantine objects applicable to natural and legal persons that own, use, hold on lease of regulated products subject to quarantine inspection or produce them (including processing), import to and export from the Russian Federation, and also storing, transporting and trade of regulated quarantine species. Notification in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1shall be submitted immediately, within one calendar day, to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision. Signs of infestation and/or contamination shall be determined autonomously by the applicant or by his authorized representative.
