Order No. 425 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for immediate notification of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision on the delivery of regulated products subject to quarantine inspection, regulated species subject to quarantine inspection, including in electronic form.

This Order sets out the procedure for immediate notification of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision on the delivery of regulated products subject to quarantine inspection, regulated species subject to quarantine inspection, including in electronic form applicable to natural and legal persons that own, use, hold on lease of regulated products subject to quarantine inspection or produce them (including processing), import to and export from the Russian Federation, and also storing, transporting and trade of regulated quarantine species. It shall be applicable to regulated quarantine species imported to the Russian Federation of exported from quarantine phytosanitary zone. Notification in accordance with the form contained in the Annex 1shall be submitted immediately, within one calendar day, to the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision.
