Order No. 440 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for labelling regulated products, subject to quarantine inspection, transported in the form of wood packaging or fastening materials, provided that it is used when exporting from the Russian Federation as packaging or fastening of other goods exported from the Russian Federation, requirements for the form of a special sign of an international standard indicating the compliance of such regulated products with quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the importing country, methods of its application.

This Order establishes the procedure for labelling regulated products, subject to quarantine inspection, transported in the form of wood packaging or fastening materials, provided that it is used when exporting from the Russian Federation as packaging or fastening of other goods exported from the Russian Federation, requirements for the form of a special sign of an international standard indicating the compliance of such regulated products with quarantine phytosanitary requirements of the importing country, methods of its application. Issuance of special sign shall be performed in accordance with the application contained in the Annex 1. Annex 2 contains the form of Register for registration of works on quarantine phytosanitary disinfection of wood packaging and fastening materials. Annex 3 contains Requirements to the form of a special sign of the international standard, methods of its application.
