Order No. 47 of the Federal Fisheries Committee regarding organization of research and catch (harvest) of aquatic biological resources for the period of 2005.

The President of the Federal Fisheries Committee, for the purpose of the organization and carrying out planned resource research of the World Ocean, orders to determine at the basis of catch (harvest) of living aquatic resources for scientific research purpose the schedule of scientific research of aquatic biological resources in accordance with the assigned spheres of activity that must be elaborated by specialized scientific research organizations and validated by the Federal Fisheries Agency. In the process of selection of the fishing vessels the following criteria must be taken into consideration as priorities: 1) compliance of technical equipment of vessels with the purposes and the targets of scientific research; 2) participation and quality of execution of the contractual clauses and the research programs in the previous years; 3) concession to the organization of the opportunity for carrying out state exploration of fish stocks using industrial fish quotas for the previous year.
