Order No. 52 of the Federal Fisheries Committee amending Order No.228 of the Federal Fisheries Committee validating the activities and instructions pertaining to industrial fisheries and fish breeding.

In item 1.2 of Annex I, the phrase “except for artisanal and sport fisheries” shall be substituted with the phrase “except for artisanal fishing, sport fishing and fishing for scientific research, stock enhancement and control purposes.” Annex I shall be supplemented with the following explanatory note: “Fishing carried out by the fishing inspectorate for the purpose of controlling and exploring fish stocks shall not be subject to licensing.”
