Order No. 644 of the Federal Fishery Agency “On the distribution of total allowable catches of aquatic biological resources of the Northern fishery basin, as well as the quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources, provided to the Russian Federation in the areas of international treaties of the Russian Federation on fisheries and aquatic biological resources conservation as applied to the types of quotas for their extraction (catch) for 2021.”

This Order distributes the total allowable catch of aquatic biological resources of the Far Eastern fishery basin with regard to the following types of (catch) quotas for 2021: (a) quota for the harvesting (catch) of aquatic biological resources to ensure the traditional way of life and traditional economic activities of small indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation in accordance with Annex No. 1; (b) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for research and control purposes in accordance with the Annex № 2; (c) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation for foreign states, established in accordance with the international agreements of the Russian Federation in the sphere of fishery and conservation of aquatic biological resources according to the Appendix № 3; (d) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for amatorial fishing according to the Annex № 4; (e) quotas for aquatic biological resources, allocated for investment purposes for commercial fisheries and (or) coastal fishing in accordance with Appendix № 5; (f) quotas for catch of crabs, allocated for fishery investment purposes, for industrial fishery and (or) coastal fishery in accordance with Annex № 6; (g) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources in internal sea territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation for industrial fisheries and (or) coastal fisheries in accordance with Annex № 7; and (h) quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic bioresources in the internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and the Exclusive Economic Zone of the Russian Federation for industrial fishing and (or) coastal fisheries in accordance with Annex № 8.
