Abstract
The Minister, for the purpose of strengthening protection, regulation and state control over the use of marine area and natural resources of territorial waters, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation, adjoining the territory of Koryak Autonomous Area and pertaining exclusively to the federal property, orders to set up specialized marine inspection for environmental protection subordinated to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources. Specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area must ensure protection, regulation and state control over the use of marine area and natural resources (including stock of fish) of the internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation adjoining the territory of Koryak Autonomous Area.
