Abstract
The minister orders to validate the Regulation. Specialized marine inspection of Koryak autonomous region is a sub-division of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources established for the purpose of protection, regulation and control over the use of marine area and natural resources (including stock of fish) of internal sea, territorial sea, continental shelf and EEZ of the Russian Federation adjoining the territory of Koryak Autonomous Area, and, as regards the stock of anadromous fish, forming in the rivers of the Russian Federation, also outside EEZ of the Russian Federation, prevention of marine pollution from foreign and Russian vessels. The document consists of 7 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 establishes the main tasks of specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area. Section 3 determines function of specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area. Section 4 establishes the rights of specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area. Section 5 regards material and technical basis of specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area. Section 6 regards management of specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area. Section 7 regards cessation of activity of specialized marine inspection for environmental protection of Koryak Autonomous Area.
