Order No.30 of 2004 of the Federal Fisheries Agency regarding setting up Commission of the Agency for determination of the minimum fishing charge for the use of aquatic biodiversity by foreign users in the EEZ of the Russian Federation.

Head of the Federal Fisheries Agency orders to set up Commission. Commission is set up for the purpose of optimization of the activity of the Agency as regards setting the amount of payment for the charged use of aquatic biodiversity by foreign fishing vessels in the EEZ of the Russian Federation. The main task of the Commission is setting minimum fishing charges for the use of aquatic biodiversity by foreign users in the EEZ of the Russian federation. Commission as a result of the examination of issues approves recommendations that are legalized in form of protocol and, in case of necessity, are implemented in the acts of the Agency.
