Order of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 569 of 2000 regarding the validation of the Regulation on the modalities of issuing of the long-term licences.

The Minister of Agriculture decrees to validate the Regulation on the modalities of issuing of the long-term licences. This Regulation regards wildlife species destined for hunting. It establishes that Russian and foreign physical and juridical persons have the right to apply for long-term hunting licences. The applicant is liable to prosecution under Russian Legislation for communicating incorrect or distorted data in the application form. The term of the licence depends upon the purpose and the duration of hunting period mentioned in the application form but must not be less than 3 years.
