Abstract
President of the State Committee for Environmental Protection orders to entitle Department of protection of biological diversity with the tasks of issuing hunting permits for endangered species and organization of inter-action with other authorized institutions in the field of conservation, control and regulation of wildlife species and their habitats. The following hunting permit fees must be established: a. for the examination of application for issuing hunting permit for endangered wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation is equal to 0, 1 minimum wages established by law; b. for issuing hunting permit for endangered wildlife species recorded in the Red Book of the Russian Federation within thrice-repeated rate of the minimum wages established by law. In special cases if the necessity of hunting is urgent in relation to the danger to human life and other extreme situations as well as for the purpose of saving the life of animal hunting permit fees must not be collected.
