Regional Decree No. 46-PP of 2004 regarding validation of the Regulation on the modalities and conditions for determination of quotas allocated to the applicants for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for coastal fisheries.

Regional Government decrees to validate the Regulation. The document establishes the modalities and conditions for determination of quotas for catch (harvest) of aquatic biodiversity for coastal industrial fisheries in the internal sea, territorial sea in the Barents sea and in the White sea, allocated to the Russian applicants in accordance with the modalities envisaged by the legislation of the Russian Federation on condition of compulsory delivery of total catch, fish products, aquatic animal products and aquatic plants on the territory of the Region. Determination of quotas must be carried out by the inter-departmental commission for quota setting. Determination of quotas for coastal fisheries must be carried out in accordance with fishing licence.
