Abstract
This Regulation regards water reservoirs conceded in accordance with the established modalities to physical and juridical persons for the organization of fish-farming enterprises, pond pisciculture as well as water reservoirs situated on the territory of protected areas. The document consists of 6 Articles. Article 1 determines the main notions. Article 2 lays down the general provisions. Article 3 determines the rights and the duties of the citizens engaged in fisheries. Article 4 establishes actions prohibited in the process of artisanal and sporting fisheries. Article 5 sets limitations on the use of aquatic biodiversity. Article 6 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Regulation.
