Regional Decree No.89 of 1993 regarding setting up Regional ecological fund.

Regional ecological fund is autonomous extra-budgetary institution with the right of legal person. The main tasks of Regional ecological fund are: financing and crediting of regional programs and scientific and technical projects aimed at improvement of environmental quality, ensuring ecological safety of the population, introduction of eco-friendly technologies and assistance in the development of ecological education. The document consists of VII Secs. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section II determines the main tasks and functions of Regional ecological fund. Section III establishes the sources of the formation of Regional ecological fund. Section IV determines the main directions of the expenditure of finances of Regional ecological fund. Section V regards organization of activity of Regional ecological fund. Section VI regards registration and accounting. Section VII regards cessation of activity of Regional ecological fund.
