Abstract
Article 17 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The list of fishing areas that include defined water areas of the Russian Federation, including internal sea and territorial sea of the Russian Federation, shall be validated by the Regional Government by agreement with the federal executive body in the sphere of fisheries”.
