Abstract
The present Regional Law establishes rights and duties of the participants of relations in the sphere of catch (harvest), processing and protection of aquatic biodiversity in the regional inland water basins. Chapt. 1 (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Chapt. 2 (Arts. 6-11) establishes plenary powers of state executive bodies and local self-government. Chapt. 3 (Arts. 10-11) regards the right of use of aquatic biodiversity. Chapt 4 (Arts. 12-22) regards organization of fisheries and fish-farming activity. Chapt. 5 (Arts. 23-25) regards use of fishing water basins for industrial fisheries, industrial fish-farming and (or) organization of artisanal and sporting fishing. Chapt. 6 (Arts. 27-30) establishes liability for the infringement of the provisions of the present Regional Law. Chapt. 7 (Arts. 31-32) lays down final provisions.
