Abstract
This Regulation consists of X Parts. Part I lays down the general provisions. Part II regards the main provisions for keeping up of the Red Book. Part III deals with the data collection and the data analysis as regards endangered wildlife and flora species already recorded or destined for recording in the Red Book. Part IV concerns the organization of the state monitoring of the wildlife and flora species recorded in the Red Book. Part V determines the creation and re-stocking of the data bank of the wildlife and flora species recorded in the Red Book. Part VI establishes the modalities of recording the wildlife and flora species in the Red Book. Part VII deals with the elaboration, printing and distribution of the Red Book. Part VIII regards the elaboration and the realisation of the proposals as regards special protective measures, including especially protected areas, and genetic resources banks. Part IX determines the modalities of issuing of licences regarding the types of activity connected with the use of the wildlife and flora species recorded in the Red Book. Part X regards the modalities of hunting the wildlife species and harvest of the flora species recorded in the Red Book.
