Abstract
The Cabinet Resolution No.256 aims at approving the Pesticides Act of the GCC in Saudi Arabia. It consists of 7 articles and indicates the Ministry of Agriculture as implementing body within 90 days from the approval of the Act. Sanctions for the violation of the provisions of this Act are attached to the end of the file.
