Abstract
The Act provides regulations with regard to the control of organic production. The Government may issue regulations on the division between municipalities and state administrative authorities for control of organic production of these commodities. The European Commission and an inspection organ have the same right for the inspection of information, documentation, access to premises related to control activities and areas where search and sample-taking occur. In case of non-compliance of obligations in adherence to EU regulations, authorities shall apply fees to the infringing party for inspection and examination.
