Abstract
The border river agreement between Sweden and Finland, signed 11 November 2009 shall apply as Swedish law. This does not apply to articles 23-26 and 29, nor to fishery in Torne River. The agreement is written in Swedish and Finnish. The document includes Annex on Border Rivers Agreement between Sweden and Finland text.
