Abstract
This Ordinance contains provisions about biocidal products. With respect to pesticides which are not biocidal products, the provisions in the Ordinance on Plant Protection Products shall apply. The Ordinance carries into effect in Sweden Community legislation regarding pesticides.
It specifies registration or authorization requirements for biocidal products and confers control functions on the Swedish Chemicals Agency. It also sets out rules regarding, among other things, production, storage and transportation of biocidal products.
