Sale of Food (Food Establishments) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

These Regulations are enacted in accordance with section 50(3) of the Sale of Food Act.
Regulation 1 of the Sale of Food (Food Establishments) Regulations (Rg 5) is amended by deleting the words “Food Establishments” and substituting the words “Non‑Retail Food Business”. Regulation 11 of the principal Regulations is amended by deleting the words “licensed premises any food which is unsound or unfit for human consumption” and substituting the words “licensed food establishment any unsafe or unsuitable food”. The definitions of “food establishment” and “licence” are also amended.
