Act amending the Agricultural Seeds and Propagating Material Act.

This Act lays down some amendments to the Agricultural Seeds and Propagating Material Act. In particular, the present Act establishes provisions concerning conservation seed mixtures which are seed mixtures intended for the use related to preservation of the natural environment in the context of the conservation of genetic resources (supplemented art. 17a) and provides details on the program of specific testing of varieties of agricultural plants that are important for the production of the Republic of Slovenia (amended art. 60).
