Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on the categories of activities for which an environmental impact assessment is mandatory. In particular, the present Decree establishes cases when an environmental impact assessment is required, originally specified in art. 3 of the amended Decree.
