Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of ten articles and one Annex, establishes types of interventions in the environment and their changes for which the EIA is always required, and types of interventions in the environment and their changes for which the EIA is mandatory if they exceed certain values and that meet certain conditions regarding the nature and place of the interference and the possible impact on the environment. For the purposes of these provisions, intervention in the environment means the construction in accordance with regulations governing construction of buildings or other interference with the environment, including interference with nature and the countryside, including those relating to the exploitation of mineral resources.
